Seat selection is an optional service that you can easily add when booking or after purchasing your ticket. Simple, flexible, and convenient, it lets you customize your travel experience with complete peace of mind.

You have several options for selecting your seat:
- When purchasing your ticket: directly on the Ewa Air website or through a travel agency.
- After booking, up to 24 hours before departure: go to the “My Booking – Manage Your Booking” section.
To ensure the best selection and availability, we recommend that you reserve your seat as soon as possible !
Seat selection is an optional service available for a fee up to 24 hours before the flight’s departure:
- Exit row seat: €20 per flight
- Standard seat: €10 per flight
Prices are displayed at the time of booking or in the “My Booking – Manage Your Booking” section
Changes
You can change your seat selection at any time (to a higher, lower, or equivalent class) via the “My Booking – Manage Your Booking” section or at a travel agency.
Refund
Seat fees may be refunded in the following cases:
cancellation of your trip prior to departure
inability to assign you the reserved seat category for operational, safety, or security reasons
cancellation of the flight without the option to reschedule with a seat in the same category
Refund requests can be submitted directly from your customer account to simplify the process, via the
online form or at a travel agency.
