Go to MANAGE MY BOOKING with your file number (ex: 00Bx1a) and your name, you will access your booking file and be able to buy your checked baggage.

1/ First check if the email has not arrived in spam

2/ otherwise, with the reservation number (ex: 00Bx1a) and the name, go to MANAGE MY RESERVATION

3/ You will see your reservation appear and can then request the resending of your ticket.

1/ If you have an account, go to your PERSONAL SPACE

2/ Otherwise, with the reservation number (ex: 00Bx1a) and the name, go to MANAGE MY RESERVATION

3/ You will see your reservation and can request a date change

4/ For modifiable tickets with fees, payment will be requested.

First of all, go to PREPARE MY TRAVEL / BAGGAGE (CABIN) and check the regulations in force under the heading "Transport of animals". Then go to MANAGE MY RESERVATION with your file number (ex: 00Bx1a) and your name, you will access your reservation file and will be able to purchase your option for your pet in the hold or in cabin.

Please send us an email ([email protected]), with the subject "Double payment" with the reference number of your reservation file and a legible copy of your bank statement indicating the double payment.
