Carry-on baggage

Any solid or soft suitcase (sports bag).

Boxes and crates are not considered as "luggage" and are not accepted on EWA AIR flights.

Dimensions and weight allowance

The sum of the 3 dimensions (total length+width+height) must not exceed 115 cm

The authorized baggage allowance is a single bag of 6 kg.

For your baby, in the cabin, only a medium-sized changing bag is authorized

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS IN THE CABIN

The dimensions of your case are less than 115 cm (height + length + width): it is considered as standard cabin baggage included in your allowance.

The dimensions of your case are greater than 115 cm (height + length + width): you will be asked to make the request no later than 48 hours before your departure, prior agreement from customer service ([email protected] or your travel agency) being required.

The instrument will then be placed on an additional seat, for which you will have to pay the corresponding price.

Hold luggage

Any solid or soft suitcase (sports bag).

Boxes and crates do not fall into the category of "luggage". They are not accepted on EWA AIR flights. (Contact the FRET department).

Dimensions

In order to respect the standards in force, the sum of the 3 dimensions of your luggage must not exceed 300 cm (total length+width+height).

Luggage allowance - weight allowance

The baggage allowance applied is a single bag of 20 kg.

Checked baggage of 10 kg is allowed for your baby.

Excess baggage

If you exceed the baggage allowance mentioned on your ticket, an additional fee of 10 euros per kilo will be charged at check-in.

SPORTS EQUIPMENTS :

Sports equipment (diving equipment, surfing, kite surfing, fishing equipment, golf equipment, bicycles, etc.) is charged €70 up to 23kg and an additional €60 if exceeded up to 32kg

The maximum authorized length is 180cm and the total length + width + height must be less than 300cm.

Tips for preparing your bike:

- Place your bike in a suitable box or bag:

- Remove the pedals - Attach the handlebar to the side

- Deflate the tires Transport of children's bicycles is offered.

Please note that sports equipment purchased during the booking process is non-refundable. They are transferable (modifiable) when you change your travel dates.

ANIMAL TRANSPORT

IN THE CABIN: each animal must be transported in a closed bag and must not exceed 5 kg. You will be charged €40 (when booking or checking in).

IN THE HOLD: each animal must be transported in 1 approved cage, and the total weight must not exceed 23 kg. You will be charged €70.
If the weight of the animal + the cage exceeds 23 kg, while remaining less than 32 kg, a supplement of 60€ will be requested.

The passenger is responsible for obtaining the health certificates necessary for the trip of his animal

Please note that the options for your animals, purchased during your reservation process, are not refundable. They are transferable (modifiable) when you change your travel dates.

FOR YOUR BABY (- 2 years old):

Cabin Baggage: Only one medium size diaper bag is permitted in the cabin.
Baby stroller: If you are traveling with your baby (-2 years old), their stroller will be transported free of charge in the hold
