Special assistance

PMR: passenger with reduced mobility.

For operational and safety reasons, the number of PRMs traveling on the same flight may be limited. The constraints depend on the type of aircraft, and the level of assistance required and the equipment available to each airport assistance.

To guarantee you the best quality of service, it is essential for all EWA customers (including website customers) to report your support needs to one of our partner agencies when booking your flight, at least 7 days before your departure and at the latest 48 hours before your departure.

Without this, you will not be able to be picked up at the airport and take your flight. For information, on departure from Madagascar (Diego Suarez, Nosy Be, Majunga), due to lack of equipment from airport assistance companies, boarding of passengers with very reduced mobility is impossible due to lack of airport equipment :

  • at least 7 days before your departure for passengers with very reduced mobility (unable to move around).
  • 48 hours before your departure for people requiring assistance

Without this, you will not be able to be picked up at the airport and take your flight.
